Veda Jones has worked in a variety of positions including senior office manager. Her expertise spans more 22 plus years in the optometric and optical business. She played a pivotal role in expanding Eyemax Vision to Demopolis. She resides in Uniontown and enjoys singing and spending time with her four grandchildren.

Yvonne Kelley is the administrative assistant and insurance clerk at the Selma location. Yvonne runs our business office and helps with the day to day general operation at all locations. She has extensive knowledge when it comes to health and vision insurance. Although, the grandmother of five, she manages to find time working in her church. She also enjoys listening to music when not at work.

Kimmie Lewis is manager of the Demopolis office with more six plus years clinical. When you call or visit the Demopolis location, Kimmie will be your first encounter. A native of Demopolis and a mother of three, she enjoys cooking and long afternoon walks.

Nikecha F. Adams, CPO, CPOA.  Currently, she is the most senior paraoptometric assistant with extensive experience in operating sophisticated special testing and medical coding. She is trained in every aspect of clinical eye care including medical terminology, ocular disease and pharmacology. Nikecha works with Dr. Maxwell on each patient encounter, transcribing and creating instant Electronic Medical Records. She is a patient favorite.  She was voted “Most Popular” among her peers and patients. It is natural for her to go way beyond the normal in her caring and concern for our patients. She is a fine example of what we strive to present as the Eyemax Vision team. Nikecha resides in Demopolis.

Atlay Nelson, CPO, is a paraoptometric technician with extensive experience sophisticated special testing and chair side assisting.  Atlay’s effervescent personality is very powerful magnet.  Atlay is trained in every aspect of clinical eye care and optical care. She has mentored nearly all paraoptometric technicians at Eyemax Vision Center. Her experience also includes the fabrication and delivery of eyewear and contact lenses.  She lives in Demopolis.

Juanda F. Maxwell is the Chief Financial Officer. Although formally trained as nurse with experience in labor & delivery and post partum care, she plays a major role in human resources and public relations. She is a native of Mobile and an alumnus of the University of South Alabama. Her management and marketing skills are essential in the ever changing patient care delivery. She participates and is a member of many civic, local, state, national boards and associations.

Lekisha Denise Gaines is one of five technicians at the Demopolis location. She is the primary ocular diagnostic, paraoptometric technician extensive experience sophisticated special testing at the Demopolis location.  Denise has been a fixture at Eyemax Vision Center for more than eight years. “I love all of my patients, especially my seniors” she says. She never stops smiling and has truly a delightful personality. She resides in Forkland.

Vallencia Brown is an optometric technician with extensive experience sophisticated special testing.  Her warm inviting smile is just what the doctor ordered for those apprehensive patients. She is a one of four pretest technicians at the Selma location. Vallencia is an alumnus of Troy University.

Shantella Crenshaw is an optometric technician with extensive experience in sophisticated special testing.  Her warm inviting smile is just what the doctor ordered for those apprehensive patients. She is a one of four pretest technicians at the Selma location. Shantella is the mother of two daughters and resides in Selma. She also enjoys playing softball and shopping when not at work.

Mary Ann Blevins is the receptionist at the Selma location. She is always smiling with a bubbly personality that is most welcoming. Mary Ann maintains our recall and messaging center and is the main appointment scheduler. Mary Ann most likely the friendly voice that will hear you when you call the Selma Office. She resides in Selma and volunteers as a community organizer.

Demetria Holloway is the manager of the Thomasville office.

Terri Bryant is an optometric technician and frame stylist at the Demopolis location. Terri loves selecting and fitting you with a stylist frame that will flatter you personality. She has a unique habit of making a pair of eyeglasses in as little as 10 minutes in our in-house optical lab. Terri resides in Greensboro.

Jennifer Rogers has with extensive training with the Zeiss Cirrus HD-OCT. OCT is the newest, state of the art, high-definition macula scanner on the market. This is a non-invasive technology used for imaging the retina.  Her charming, caring personality is most inviting. She is a one of four pretest technicians at the Selma location
